We are the premier organisation for rope skipping enthusiasts worldwide. Established in 1977, our mission is to promote the sport of rope skipping and provide a platform for athletes, coaches, and judges to showcase their skills and advance the sport to new heights.

All over the world

We also host a range of international competitions throughout the year, including the IRSO World Rope Skipping Championships, which attracts top athletes from around the globe. Meanwhile, IRSO works with the continental federations to host the rope skipping event in each continent. Additionally, we offer certifications for coaches and judges, ensuring that the highest standards of safety and fairness are upheld in all competitions.
